Newly formed B Good Picture Company

and Ruby Bentall (Lark Rise To Candleford, Lost
In Austen, Tormented) The Alchemistic Suitcase
begins its 3 day shoot on the RED camera on August 21st
in locations across London.
First-time producer/director, and founder of B Good
Picture Company Ltd, Joe Stephenson says of
the project: 'We really felt like we had something, something
that stood out as a short film. At a time when anyone
and everyone can make a film on their phone/camera if
they wish, we are setting out to make something truly
cinematic and ambitious. I am looking forward to working
with my extremely talented and experienced cast, and an
ambitious crew, to make something truly unique. The
Alchemistic Suitcase is a short film that will be
visually arresting, captivate people and really stand
out from the crowd.'

BRIEF SYNOPSIS
A suspenseful and cryptic silent short that follows a
nervous and unsettling young BOY (Thomas Sangster) as
he travels across London with a mysterious old suitcase.
The twisted, gothic and surreal conclusion takes place
when he reaches his destination - where a LADY (Rosalind
Knight) has been waiting, on opening it: shafts of light
fill the room in a massive spectacle - and when the light
from the suitcase powers down we find that the LADY has
become a dainty young GIRL (Ruby Bentall). The secrets
of the suitcase revealed to be eternal youth, the ability
to start over - but, from the eyes of the BOY and LADY,
we can see it clearly comes with great sacrifices.
